## Description

* Aansturen, coachen en verder ontwikkelen van het infrastructuurteam.
 * Fungeren als technisch en organisatorisch escalatiepunt voor complexe incidenten en wijzigingen.
 * Bewaken van de kwaliteit, prioriteiten en continuïteit van de IT-dienstverlening.
 * Coördineren van change- en incidentmanagement en afstemmen met interne stakeholders en externe partners.
 * Verantwoordelijkheid opnemen voor SAP BASIS-gerelateerde activiteiten en integraties.
 * Beheer van de Microsoft 365- en Identity-omgeving, inclusief Entra ID, Exchange Online, governance, onboarding/offboarding en licentiebeheer.
 * Meebouwen aan een veilige en performante infrastructuur binnen een hybride cloudomgeving.
 * Actief bijdragen aan strategische beslissingen rond infrastructuur, security, netwerken en datacenteromgevingen.
