* Du bringst mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich IT-Infrastruktur in einem maritimen bzw. schiffsnahen Umfeld mit.
 * Du verfügst über sehr gutes Know-how rund um Netzwerk und Connectivity, z. B. WLAN, 5G, Satellitenkommunikation und Antennentechnik.
 * Erste Führungserfahrung ist von Vorteil, aber kein Muss - wichtiger sind Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Kommunikationsstärke und die Fähigkeit, technische Einsätze und Mitarbeitende klar zu koordinieren.
 * Du überzeugst durch Organisationstalent, Lösungsorientierung und eine pragmatische Hands-on-Mentalität.
 * Du kommunizierst sicher auf Englisch und verfügst über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse.
 * Du bringst eine hohe Reisebereitschaft (überwiegend inländisch) und Flexibilität mit und bist auch für punktuelle Einsätze außerhalb regulärer Arbeitszeiten offen.

## Description

* Du führst ein dreiköpfiges Team in Flensburg und verantwortest die Einsatz- und Ressourcenplanung für die operative IT-Betreuung.
 * Du stellst einen stabilen IT-Betrieb auf Schiffen, in Häfen und an Verkaufsstellen sicher.
 * Du verantwortest zentrale IT-Services wie WLAN, 5G, Kassensysteme, Kameras und Passagierinformationssysteme.
 * Du entwickelst gruppenweit nutzbare Standards und wiederverwendbare Lösungen für die maritime IT.
 * Dein Schwerpunkt liegt auf Steuerung, Organisation und Prozesssicherheit; bei Bedarf unterstützt du auch selbst hands-on.
 * Du arbeitest eng mit dem Managing Director IT sowie den weiteren Heads of IT an den Schnittstellen zu Land-IT, Cloud und Infrastruktur zusammen., * Mordernes, ergonomisch eingerichtetes Büro sowie die Möglichkeit aus dem Homeoffice zu arbeiten
