* Beratung von Kunden bei der Digitalisierung und Optimierung von Produktionsprozessen
 * Analyse bestehender Fertigungsabläufe, Datenflüsse und organisatorischer Strukturen
 * Einführung und Konfiguration von Softwarelösungen im Produktionsumfeld
 * Begleitung von Projekten von der Anforderungsaufnahme bis zum erfolgreichen Go-Live
 * Erstellung fachlicher und technischer Konzepte für die digitale Abbildung von Prozessen
 * Durchführung von Workshops und Schulungen für Anwender
 * Abstimmung individueller Anforderungen mit Projektmanagement und Softwareentwicklung
 * Unterstützung bei der kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklung bestehender Kundenlösungen
