## About the Role

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Bereich (idealerweise zum Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration) oder ein vergleichbares Studium, dazu mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im 1st & 2nd Level Support.
 * Grundlegende Administrationskenntnisse in Microsoft-Serverumgebungen und im Microsoft SQL-Server sind wünschenswert.
 * Du willst Verantwortung übernehmen, auch wenn es unbequem wird, triffst Entscheidungen und stehst dazu. Erste Erfahrung in einer koordinierenden Rolle ist ein Pluspunkt, aber kein Muss.
 * Du bist kommunikationsstark, arbeitest strukturiert und bleibst auch bei hohem Aufkommen souverän.

## Description

* Du löst anspruchsvolle Supportfälle: Analyse und Bearbeitung anwendungsspezifischer Fragen via Telefon, E-Mail und Fernwartung - inklusive Schnittstellen zu Fremdsystemen und zur Kundeninfrastruktur.
 * Du bist fachliche Anlaufstelle im Team - bei kniffligen Fällen, Eskalationen und Grundsatzfragen.
 * Du vertrittst die Teamleitung: Einsatzplanung, Priorisierung des Ticket-Backlogs und Blick auf Reaktions- und Lösungszeiten.
 * Du arbeitest neue Kolleg:innen und Auszubildende ein und baust unsere Wissensdatenbank aus.
 * Du treibst Teilprojekte voran, z. B. die Weiterentwicklung unserer Support-Prozesse und Ticket-Workflows.
 * Du bist Schnittstelle zu Entwicklung, Projektmanagement und Vertrieb und priorisierst Anfragen unter Berücksichtigung anderer Fachbereiche.
