## About the Role

* Abgeschlossenes Studium der Elektrotechnik, Mechatronik, Fahrzeugtechnik, Informatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
 * Einschlägige Berufserfahrung im prozessualen Umfeld der ISO 26262 sowie in der Entwicklung von Antriebssystemen.
 * Hohe Auffassungsgabe, strukturierte und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit.
 * Wünschenswert: Personenzertifikat nach ISO 26262, ISO/IEC 15288 (Systems Engineering) oder ISO 15504 (SPICE).
 * Grundkenntnisse in agiler Softwareentwicklung (z. B. SAFe) sowie idealerweise ein Personenzertifikat nach ISTQB.
 * Reisebereitschaft (In- und Ausland) sowie gültige Fahrerlaubnis inkl. Fahrberechtigungsstufe T1.
 * Sichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.

## Description

* Du koordinierst alle sicherheitsrelevanten Testaktivitäten im Umfeld der funktionalen Sicherheit.
 * Du dokumentierst sämtliche sicherheitsrelevanten Testaktivitäten vollständig und normgerecht.
 * Du steuerst Testaktivitäten über alle Testinstanzen hinweg, gemeinsam mit internen und externen Safety Engineers und Dienstleistern.
 * Du evaluierst Teststrategien und Testkonzepte und leitest daraus die Testplanung ab.
 * Du bewertest Testergebnisse unabhängig und übernimmst das proaktive Defect-Management inklusive Reporting.
 * Du unterstützt Audits und Assessments zur Einhaltung der ISO-26262-Prozesse.
