As part of our continued investment in building world-class engineering capabilities, we are seeking a Director, I&D Engineering Transformation & Programs to lead a strategic, multi-country Capability Build programme across the UK, France, and India. This is a highly visible leadership role responsible for driving large-scale business transformation and organizational change across the Insights & Data business. Working with senior Capgemini executives, business leaders, HR, Finance, Commercial, Sales, and external strategic partners, you will be accountable for defining and executing the roadmap that strengthens our engineering capabilities, accelerates growth, and supports our AI and Data ambitions. The successful candidate will combine executive stakeholder management, programme leadership, operational excellence, and change management expertise to ensure strategic initiatives are delivered on time, within budget, and with measurable business impact across multiple geographies. The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time. Your Role As a Director, you will act as the executive programme lead for a complex, multi-country transformation initiative designed to enhance Capgemini's engineering capability, talent strategy, operational effectiveness, and market competitiveness.
