Bringen Sie Human Resources und IT zusammen und gestalten Sie die Weiterentwicklung unserer SAP HCM / H4S4 Umgebung - effizient, digital und strategisch., * Steuerung & Weiterentwicklung der SAP HCM / H4S4 Module (Roadmap)

 * Beratung des Fachbereichs Personalmanagement mit Anforderungsaufnahme, Priorisierung von Backlogs und Releases
 * Entwicklung technischer Konzepte inklusive Design, Customizing, Test, Migration, Automatisierung
 * Implementierung und Weiterentwicklung von SAP FIORI Apps inklusive Erweiterungen und Berechtigungen in bestehende SAP-Prozesse
 * Sicherstellung von Systembetrieb, Performance und Supportmodellen Begleitung von Tests, Go-Lives und Prozessoptimierungen
