## About the Role

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare IT-Ausbildung
 * Erste Berufserfahrung im IT Support, Client Management oder einem vergleichbaren IT-Umfeld
 * Gute Kenntnisse in Active Directory, Client Management und Windows-Client-Umgebungen

 * Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, jeweils mindestens B2

## Description

* Betreuung und Unterstützung der Anwender rund um Client Management und Workplace Services
 * Analyse und Lösung von Incidents und Service Requests im Onsite- und Remote-Support
 * Administration von Clients, Druckern, Active Directory und Fileshare-Berechtigungen
 * Unterstützung bei Themen rund um Identity & Access Management (IAM/IGA)
 * Mitarbeit im Patch Management, Asset Management und bei der Client Security
 * Umsetzung und Nachverfolgung von Security-, Compliance- und Audit-Maßnahmen
 * Eigenständige Betreuung von Anwenderanfragen bis zur erfolgreichen Lösung
 * Aktive Mitarbeit bei der Optimierung von IT-Prozessen und Services
