Klassischer Vor-Ort-Support sowie IMAC-Services (Installation, Move, Add, Change) Aufbau und Abbau von Arbeitsplätzen und IT-Arbeitsplätzen Fehlerbehebung und technische Unterstützung direkt beim Anwender Installation, Konfiguration und Löschung von Notebooks Bearbeitung von Tickets im Ticketsystem Ausgabe und Rücknahme von IT-Equipment und mobilen Endgeräten, inklusive Einweisung der Anwender Technische Betreuung von Präsenz- und Online-Veranstaltungen (z.?B. Skype, Webex) Inventarisierung und Pflege von Bestands- und neuer Hardware, * Projektzulage ab dem ersten Einsatztag
