## About the Role

* Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der (Wirtschafts-)Informatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
 * Solide praktische Erfahrung im Umfeld von SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, insbesondere im Organisations- und Positionsmanagement
 * Fundierte Kenntnisse der SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) sowie Erfahrung mit API Management, Workflows und der SAP Integration Suite (CPI)
 * Gute Kenntnisse in Java und JavaScript
 * Ausgeprägtes Verständnis für HR-Datenmodelle und durchgängige HR-Prozesse
 * Strukturierte, analytische und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie hohe Teamfähigkeit in einem agilen Umfeld
 * Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mindestens C1) sowie gute Englischkenntnisse (mindestens B2) in Wort und Schrift

 * Be an early applicant, * Erstellung eines stabilen, sicheren und wirtschaftlichen Betriebs der HR-Anwendungen
 * Weiterentwicklung von SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central mit Schwerpunkt auf Organisationsmanagement, Positionsmanagement und Unternehmenshierarchien
 * Analyse fachlicher und technischer Anforderungen in enger Abstimmung mit den Fachbereichen sowie Konzeption und Optimierung durchgängiger End-to-End-Prozesse
 * Unterstützung bei Testaktivitäten, Qualitätssicherungsmaßnahmen und Dokumentationen sowie Sicherstellung einer nachvollziehbaren Änderungsdokumentation
 * Umsetzung und Weiterentwicklung von Integrationen und Erweiterungen auf Basis der SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP)
 * Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Fachbereichen, IT-Abteilungen und internationalen Partnern
 * Berücksichtigung regulatorischer Anforderungen, insbesondere DORA und VAIT, sowie Sicherstellung der Compliance im Verantwortungsbereich
