## Description

* Du gewinnst aktiv neue Kunden und erschließt Geschäftspotenziale für Lösungen rund um Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP, CRM, Power Platform und AI.
 * Durch gezielte telefonische und digitale Ansprache identifizierst du Entscheider, vereinbarst Gespräche und positionierst 360 Consulting als strategischen Digitalisierungspartner.
 * Du analysierst Geschäftsprozesse und Herausforderungen deiner Kunden und erkennst, wie moderne Microsoft-Technologien und KI-Anwendungen Mehrwert schaffen können.
 * Gemeinsam mit unseren Solution Consultants und Fachexperten entwickelst du maßgeschneiderte Lösungsansätze für Vertrieb, Service, Finanzen, Logistik, Projektmanagement und weitere Unternehmensbereiche.
 * Du führst Discovery-Workshops, Präsentationen und Produktdemos durch und begleitest den gesamten Vertriebsprozess vom Erstkontakt bis zum Vertragsabschluss.
 * Du pflegst sämtliche Kunden- und Vertriebsaktivitäten strukturiert in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales, um Transparenz und eine hohe Datenqualität sicherzustellen.
 * Du baust nachhaltige Beziehungen zu Kunden auf und erkennst Potenziale für Cross-Selling, Upselling und langfristige Transformationsprojekte.
