The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of overall IT experience, including at least 5+ years managing Salesforce projects and programs. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end project delivery, including planning, estimation, resource management, governance, stakeholder management, risk and dependency management, deployment, and hypercare support. Strong technical knowledge of the Salesforce platform and experience working with cross-functional Agile delivery teams are required. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end Salesforce implementation and transformation projects from planning through deployment and hypercare. Manage project scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, issues, dependencies, and overall project health. Develop project roadmaps, implementation strategies, delivery plans, and release plans in collaboration with business stakeholders and technical teams. Lead Agile/Scrum delivery teams and facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, demos, retrospectives, backlog reviews, and release planning. Coordinate with business stakeholders, Salesforce architects, developers, QA teams, DevOps engineers, and third-party vendors. Establish and maintain project governance, status reporting, executive communication, and escalation processes. Drive timely identification, mitigation, and escalation of project risks, issues, and dependencies.
