## About the Role

* 2+ years of experience in a Tier II/Tier III Support, Desktop Support, or Systems Administration role.
 * Experience supporting Windows 10/11 and Windows Server environments.
 * Strong knowledge of: Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP Networking, Microsoft 365.
 * Experience troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
 * Experience administering user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
 * Familiarity with VMware, Hyper-V, or other virtualization technologies.
 * Strong customer service and communication skills.
 * Ability to prioritize and manage multiple support requests.
 * Experience with PowerShell scripting.
 * Experience supporting Microsoft Exchange environments.
 * Experience with endpoint management solutions.
 * Familiarity with backup solutions such as Veeam.
 * Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices.
 * Relevant certifications such as: CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+, Microsoft Fundamentals or Associate Certifications.

## Description

* Provide Tier II and Tier III support for end users, business applications, and infrastructure systems.
 * Troubleshoot and resolve escalated hardware, software, operating system, and network issues.
 * Administer and maintain Windows Server environments.
 * Manage Active Directory, Group Policy, user accounts, permissions, and security groups.
 * Support Microsoft 365, Exchange, Teams, and related collaboration tools.
 * Assist with server maintenance, upgrades, and patch management.
 * Support virtualization platforms including VMware and Hyper-V.
 * Monitor system performance, availability, and health.
 * Manage DNS, DHCP, file shares, print services, and network connectivity issues.
 * Assist with backup and disaster recovery processes.
 * Document system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.
 * Participate in infrastructure projects and technology improvement initiatives.
