## Description

Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for a Front End Developer (React / Java) for a right to hire assignment with one of our premier financial services clients in Tampa, FL or Mississauga, ON., * Responsible for leading application development initiatives and driving design decisions across systems.

 * Provides hands-on leadership in building scalable Java and Angular solutions while guiding teams and influencing architecture and best practices.
 * Lead design and development of complex full stack applications using Java and Angular
 * Own end-to-end delivery of application components, from design through deployment
 * Drive architecture decisions and ensure alignment with enterprise standards
 * Resolve high-impact technical challenges across systems and platforms
 * Mentor junior and mid-level developers and provide technical guidance
 * Partner with stakeholders to define system enhancements and strategic solutions
 * Ensure code quality, performance optimization, and scalability of applications
 * Lead testing strategies, code reviews, and deployment processes
 * Identify risks and ensure compliance with governance and regulatory requirements
