This role will work closely with client stakeholders to understand business requirements, demonstrate Workday functionality, document requirements and design decisions, configure the solution, and support testing and rollout activities. The Compensation Lead will also provide functional guidance and support to other team members as required., Workday Compensation Leadership * Lead the design, configuration, and delivery of Workday Compensation functional areas. * Provide functional expertise across Workday Compensation processes and functionality. * Serve as a functional lead and provide guidance to support team members as required. * Collaborate with client stakeholders to understand business requirements and compensation processes. * Demonstrate Workday Compensation features and functionality to clients. Configuration & Implementation * Configure Workday Compensation based on approved requirements and design decisions. * Document business requirements, configurations, and design decisions. * Support ERP transformation and Workday implementation activities. * Provide functional knowledge transfer to the client team. * Support implementation, rollout, and deployment activities. Requirements & Testing * Gather and document functional requirements. * Develop user stories and end-to-end testing scenarios. * Support end-to-end testing activities and document testing results. * Identify and help resolve functional issues and gaps during testing. * Collaborate with project teams to ensure Compensation deliverables are completed successfully. Cutover & Delivery * Provide functional input into the cutover plan. * Support implementation readiness and rollout activities. * Coordinate with client and project teams throughout the implementation lifecycle. * Communicate requirements, issues, and project updates to relevant stakeholders.
