## Description

Kforce has a client that is seeking an IT Support Analyst in Portage, MI., The IT Support Specialist provides technical support for all company offices and field operations, serving as the primary point of contact for IT-related issues. This role manages the IT Help Desk, resolves support requests, configures hardware and software, supports users remotely, maintains IT systems, and ensures devices remain secure and up to date., * IT Support Analyst will serve as the first point of contact for IT support requests via phone, email, and help desk tickets

 * Install, configure, and support computer hardware, software, mobile devices, and peripherals
 * Provide user training and technical assistance
 * Manage antivirus, Windows updates, and system security
 * As an IT Support Analyst, you will support users remotely and troubleshoot network, phone, and computer issues
 * Maintain IT documentation and assist with technology projects as assigned
 * Stay current with emerging technologies through ongoing training and professional development
