Stay involved through implementation to make sure the experience works as intended. * Make complex workflows easy to use - Design data-heavy screens, multi-step processes and tools that people rely on in their daily work. * Work with our existing design system - Use established components and patterns to keep applications consistent, and extend the system when new features require it. * Collaborate across teams - Work with product managers, engineers and stakeholders across different B2B SaaS projects. * Improve existing experiences - Use feedback, usability testing and team insights to identify friction and refine designs. * Use AI in your design workflow - We actively encourage AI-assisted design. Explore tools that help you generate alternatives, prototype faster and reduce repetitive work, while applying your own design judgement.
