* Bachelor of master in Elektromechanica, Automatisering of een gelijkaardige technische richting
 * Ervaring met PLC-programmatie binnen een industriële omgeving
 * Kennis van Siemens S7, TIA Portal of vergelijkbare PLC-platformen
 * Inzicht in industriële netwerken en veldbussystemen zoals Profibus en Profinet
 * Ervaring met HMI- en SCADA-systemen
 * Analytisch sterk en geboeid door data, automatisering en procesoptimalisatie
 * Hands-on ingesteld en sterk in het oplossen van technische uitdagingen

Deze familiale onderneming investeert continu in automatisering, digitalisering en procesoptimalisatie om haar productieomgeving verder te professionaliseren. Binnen deze functie krijg je de kans om automatiseringsprojecten van A tot Z te realiseren en een directe impact te hebben op de efficiëntie, betrouwbaarheid en prestaties van de productieprocessen.

Als Proces & Controls Engineer combineer je automatisering, data-analyse en procesverbetering. Je bent een belangrijke schakel tussen productie, onderhoud en engineering en draagt actief bij aan de verdere digitalisering van de productieomgeving.

Hoe zal jouw rol eruit zien?

 * Je analyseert productieprocessen en vertaalt deze naar efficiënte automatiseringsoplossingen
 * Je realiseert automatiseringsprojecten van ontwerp tot implementatie en opstart
 * Je ontwikkelt dashboards en visualisaties van proces- en productiedata via moderne reportingtools
 * Je bouwt KPI- en OEE-rapporteringen uit om prestaties inzichtelijk te maken
 * Je programmeert, optimaliseert en documenteert PLC-systemen
 * Je ontwikkelt en onderhoudt SCADA- en visualisatiesystemen
 * Je analyseert technische storingen en werkt structurele oplossingen uit
 * Je ondersteunt operatoren, techniekers en supervisors met jouw automatiseringsexpertise
 * Je identificeert opportuniteiten voor procesverbetering en realiseert deze samen met de betrokken afdelingen
 * Je werkt mee aan de verdere digitalisering en optimalisatie van de productieomgeving
