## About the Role

* Active TS/SCI clearance
 * 12+ years of relevant data science experience, with recent experience within the last 2 years
 * Master's degree desired in data science, computer science, statistics, or a related field
 * Prior experience with large-data multi-INT analytics, machine learning, and automated predictive analytics
 * Demonstrated technical leadership of data science teams or efforts

Security Clearance Required:

Active Top Secret/SCI security clearance

Minimum Education:

Master's degree desired in data science, computer science, statistics, or a related field

Minimum Years of Experience:

12+ years of relevant data science experience, with recent experience within the last 2 years, * DIA or Defense Intelligence Enterprise experience

 * Program transition support experience
 * Advanced certifications or published work in ML or applied statistics

## Description

* Lead data science efforts from problem framing through deployed capability, setting technical direction for mid-level data scientists
 * Architect approaches for large-data multi-INT analytics, machine learning, and automated predictive analytics across the enterprise
 * Advise government customers on managing data within hardware, software, storage, and bandwidth constraints
 * Review models, code, and analytic products for statistical soundness before they reach decision makers
 * Mentor the team and evangelize best practices in reproducible, rigorous data science, Safety - Amentum enforces a safety culture whereby all employees have the responsibility for continuously developing and maintaining a safe work environment. As appropriate, each employee is responsible for completing all training requirements and fulfilling all self-aid/buddy aid responsibilities, participating in emergency response tasks and serving on safety committees and teams.
