The SENIOR SOFTWARE ENGINEER, FRONTEND (AUTH EXPERIENCES) will contribute as a full stack engineer focusing on backend, web, and mobile interfaces within trust and safety. This role is responsible for delivering high-availability, low-latency systems that support critical authentication and fraud prevention processes. The position plays a key role in guiding team delivery, collaborating across disciplines, and ensuring operational excellence to maintain secure and reliable customer experiences., * Own and deliver quarterly goals for the engineering team

 * Lead engineers through ambiguous, open-ended problems
 * Collaborate with product management, design, and analytics in product development
 * Identify and advocate for solutions to project, process, technology, or business issues
 * Support operations and availability by monitoring metrics and participating in on-call efforts
 * Establish and promote code review and design standards
 * Provide feedback and mentorship to develop team talent
