Education * BS Computer Science or equivalent required; MS Computer Science or equivalent preferred. ## Description _Please note, this team is hiring across all levels and candidates are individually assessed and appropriately leveled based upon their skills and experience. _Great agentic AI depends on the data behind it. As a Senior Staff Backend Engineer, you build the configuration service that drives every client and the telemetry pipeline that turns raw production signals into the performance, security, and quality insights that tell the team what to build next. Ingest, classify, aggregate, dashboard: you own that spine, and it runs against usage from Netskope's large customer base. What's in it for you * You build the measurement engine. The team's whole strategy, optimize where the data points, runs on the pipeline you own. * Green-field backend. This function is net-new. You'll set the patterns, not inherit them. * Real scale to build against. Netskope's customer footprint gives your pipelines production signals at a volume most teams never touch.
