 * Develop and troubleshoot PHP Microservices and RESTful APIs.
 * Manage MySQL databases and data integrations.
 * Support REDCap API integrations and External Modules.
 * Handle AWS infrastructure coordination, application monitoring, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
 * Support OIDC/LDAP, SSL/TLS, security, backups, and disaster recovery.
