## About the Role

* Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related technical discipline.
 * Experience with one or more programming languages, such as Java, Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, C#, or C++.
 * Familiarity with software development concepts, object-oriented programming, and software testing practices.
 * Experience with development tools such as Git, GitHub, Visual Studio Code, IntelliJ, Docker, or similar platforms.
 * Basic understanding of databases, APIs, or system integrations.
 * Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
 * Ability to learn new technologies and apply feedback.
 * Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment.
 * Interest in developing technology solutions that support critical business and operational processes.
 * Experience with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, or similar technologies is a plus.

## Description

* Participate in the design, development, testing, integration, and maintenance of enterprise software solutions.
 * Develop secure, maintainable code and appropriate automated tests.
 * Support software enhancements, defect corrections, modernization efforts, and technology refresh initiatives.
 * Assist with the development of system integrations, APIs, and automation capabilities.
 * Create or improve dashboards, reports, and technology-enabled processes.
 * Support the configuration or customization of commercial software solutions.
 * Participate in team meetings, sprint activities, design discussions, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
 * Collaborate with software engineers, business analysts, project managers, architects, and business stakeholders.
 * Prepare technical documentation and knowledge-transfer materials for assigned work.
 * Present completed work, lessons learned, and recommendations to team members and IT leadership.
 * Use source control systems, testing frameworks, and modern software engineering tools.
 * Explore the responsible use of AI-assisted development tools to support productivity and code quality.
