Experience with ITSM platforms, preferably ServiceNow. · Asset management expertise - maintaining inventory, tracking status, and managing refresh cycles for executive devices and peripherals. · Scripting knowledge (e.g., PowerShell) for automation and configuration tasks is a plus.
