Several courses are currently in progress and need to be completed, while additional courses need to be updated or created for upcoming projects. The client needs someone who can take business requirements and independently turn them into complete training content - from the initial outline through scripting, course development, video recording, annotation, and final delivery. The current environment includes: * Articulate for course development * Video recording and annotation * Cornerstone as the Learning Management System * Existing course templates, standards, and development guidelines * Several partially completed courses * Existing courses requiring updates * New courses that will need to be created * Additional project-driven training needs expected in the near future The person joining the team will not be starting from zero. The manager specifically emphasized the need for someone who can execute, rather than someone who primarily creates strategy and then relies on others to build the content.
