For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance., * 3+ years of hands-on network support or network engineering experience. * Strong experience troubleshooting enterprise wired and wireless networks. * Experience administering and supporting Cisco Meraki, Unifi, and Aruba HPE networking environments. * Solid understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, switching and routing, and VPN connectivity. * Experience supporting office-based IT environments with onsite users. * Strong customer service and communication skills. * Preferred: Experience with Meraki Wireless and HPE solutions. * Preferred: Experience supporting high-growth or startup environments. * Preferred: Familiarity with network monitoring and troubleshooting tools. * Preferred: Certifications such as CCNA, Meraki, or Aruba. * Key must-haves: Enterprise Wi-Fi troubleshooting, Cisco Meraki experience, onsite support experience, strong networking fundamentals. * Nice-to-have: Aruba Wireless experience, startup or hyper-growth environment experience. ## Description Our client, an industry leader in applied AI, has an excellent opportunity for a Network Support Engineer to work on a 1-2/month opportunity. Work will be on-site in Austin, TX, Washington, DC, or New York, NY. The Network Support Engineer will maintain reliable wired and wireless network connectivity, troubleshoot end-user network issues, and support office infrastructure initiatives.
