## Description

* Design and develop contact center solutions using NICE CXone.
 * Build and customize IVR, call flows, and customer interaction workflows.
 * Develop and maintain CXone Studio scripts for complex contact center requirements.
 * Design advanced routing logic, skills-based routing, queues, and interaction flows.
 * Translate business and contact center requirements into scalable technical designs.
 * Develop integrations between NICE CXone and CRM, APIs, and enterprise applications.
 * Design and implement API-based integrations for contact center workflows.
 * Develop reusable components and standardized CXone design patterns.
 * Customize CXone solutions based on business and customer-experience requirements.
 * Perform unit, integration, and end-to-end testing of developed solutions.
 * Troubleshoot complex issues within scripts, IVR flows, routing logic, and integrations.
 * Optimize existing CXone solutions for performance, scalability, and maintainability.
 * Participate in solution design reviews and provide technical recommendations.
 * Support deployments, releases, and production implementation of developed solutions.
 * Maintain technical design and development documentation.
