* Strong Power BI development, dashboard, and report creation.
 * Excellent DAX, data modeling, relationships, and semantic models.
 * Experience with Power BI Service, security, access controls, and scheduled refresh.
 * Data connectivity with SQL, Excel, APIs, BigQuery, ArcGIS, and other sources.
 * Experience with Power BI performance optimization, DAX Studio, and Tabular Editor.
 * Strong Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis.
 * Experience gathering requirements and working with business/non-technical stakeholders.
 * Familiarity with Azure DevOps, source/version control, and AI tools preferred.
 * Strong communication and presentation skills.
