(Basic Federal Clearance requirements are U.S. Citizenship, clear criminal history check, no recent or pending bankruptcies) + Must currently have or be willing to obtain one of the following certifications: Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Foundations 2020 Certified Associate, Oracle Certified Associate (OCA), Oracle WebLogic Server 12c Administrator, Oracle Java SE 8 Programmer I, Oracle Enterprise Manager 12c Essentials (OEM 12c), Oracle Business Intelligence Publisher (BIP) 12c R1: Fundamentals, Oracle Planning 202x Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS), and Oracle Identity Governance 12c: Essentials. + Must have a master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Applied Math, or a related field. + Must have 5+ years of relevant and practical experience with SAS, data processing, data analytics, modeling/formulation, and financial data analysis. + Must have experience using Python for data analysis, modeling, data validation, automation, or reporting. + Must have deep experience with data mining and statistical analysis. + Experience supporting Oracle Financial shared service providers on an Oracle EBS R12.2 platform or higher. + Experience with Oracle EBS financial process areas, including USSGL, Budget to Report (B2R), Procure to Pay (P2P), Order to Cash (O2C), and Acquire to Retire (A2R). ## Description + Eligibility to obtain a U.S. Government SECRET / TOP SECRET Clearance.
