## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, IT, or a related field (Master's preferred)
 * 5+ years of hands-on experience in Supply Chain Planning or related field
 * Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA (PP, PP/DS, aATP) and Advanced Planning Systems (APO SNP/PPDS or similar)
 * Proven track record delivering SAP solutions within complex global ERP/APS environments
 * Experience coordinating small teams and using structured change control methodologies
 * Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
 * Comfortable working in regulated and highly structured industries

Nice to have:

 * Experience xqbhyrx in Life Sciences, Pharmaceuticals, or high-tech manufacturing
 * Integration knowledge across S/4 modules (MM, QM, SD)

## Description

* Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP S/4HANA Planning modules (PP, PP/DS, aATP) and Advanced Planning Systems (APO SNP/PPDS)
 * Translate business requirements into functional SAP solutions, ensuring alignment with global process templates and best practices
 * Collaborate with Business Process Experts, Data Specialists, and IT teams to integrate supply chain processes across the organization
 * Identify opportunities for process improvement, propose solutions, and support optimization initiatives for planning and production operations
 * Participate in testing, go-live, and post-implementation support to ensure high-quality and sustainable solutions
 * Guide and support small project teams, providing expertise and mentoring during implementation phases
 * Ensure compliance with quality standards, validation procedures, and regulatory requirements in a highly controlled industry
