This role will define scalable architecture, guide platform configuration and customization, and ensure solutions align with client data governance and security requirements. The position works closely with program stakeholders and technical teams to translate mission needs into effective, sustainable Salesforce capabilities., * Design and document Salesforce platform architecture to support current and future business process needs * Lead configuration and customization of Salesforce objects, workflows, flows, and automation to meet client requirements * Define and enforce data governance, security, and access control models within the Salesforce environment * Partner with business analysts and stakeholders to translate mission requirements into scalable technical solutions * Oversee integration of Salesforce with other enterprise systems and data sources * Guide development teams on best practices for Salesforce customization, coding standards, and release management * Conduct technical reviews and provide recommendations to improve platform performance and reliability * Support testing, deployment, and change management activities for new Salesforce releases and enhancements * Develop technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, data models, and design specifications * Stay current on Salesforce platform updates and recommend adoption of new features where beneficial, This job description in no way states or implies that these are the only duties to be performed by the employee(s) incumbent in this position.
