The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of L2 Production Support , application troubleshooting, incident management, problem resolution, and end-to-end system ownership. This role requires a blend of technical excellence, leadership capabilities, logical problem-solving skills, and cross-functional collaboration., · 10+ years of software development experience and 3+ years in a Technical Lead or Architect role. · Strong hands-on expertise in .NET Framework, .NET Core, ASP.NET Core, C#, Entity Framework, Web Services, REST APIs, and Microservices architecture. · Proven experience designing, developing, and supporting enterprise applications on Microsoft Azure, including cloud migration and modernization initiatives. · Deep knowledge of SQL Server database design, performance tuning, high availability, stored procedures, and data integration solutions. · Experience with Azure DevOps, Git, CI/CD pipelines, application monitoring, IIS administration, and production support operations. · Strong analytical, troubleshooting, stakeholder management, and leadership skills with experience leading distributed development and support teams in a hybrid environment. ## Description · Lead the architecture, design, development, and deployment of enterprise applications using .NET technologies, ensuring scalability, security, and performance. · Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and architectural governance while promoting coding standards and development best practices. · Design and develop modern applications using C#, ASP.NET Core, Web APIs, Microservices, Entity Framework, and Angular/React technologies. · Architect and implement cloud-native solutions on Microsoft Azure, leveraging services such as App Services, Functions, Service Bus, API Management, Key Vault, and Azure SQL. · Lead L2 production support activities by driving incident resolution, root cause analysis, system monitoring, and continuous improvement initiatives. · Support DevOps and release management processes, including CI/CD implementation, deployment automation, quality compliance, and application modernization efforts.
