The role will work closely with sales operations leadership to improve CRM processes, pipeline visibility, forecasting, reporting, and analytical decision-making. The ideal candidate combines strong operational judgement with hands-on analytical skills and the ability to translate complex data into clear recommendations for business stakeholders., * 2-4+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Analytics, or a closely related role * Hands-on experience administering or optimising a modern CRM platform * Strong HubSpot experience is preferred * Experience building CRM reports, dashboards, and automated workflows * Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills * Experience with SQL and/or business intelligence tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI is strongly preferred * Strong understanding of pipeline management, forecasting, and sales performance metrics * Ability to connect operational and analytical metrics to revenue outcomes * Strong business judgement and problem-solving ability * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Comfortable presenting analytical insights to non-technical stakeholders * Able to operate effectively in fast-moving environments with evolving priorities * Advanced HubSpot proficiency or certification is advantageous * Experience with predictive analytics, statistical modelling, quotas, incentives, or KPI analysis is beneficial * Exposure to analytics across Marketing, Customer Success, Recruitment, or broader Business Operations is a plus ## Description CRM Operations & Optimisation * Support and improve day-to-day CRM operations * Maintain high standards for CRM data hygiene and consistency * Build and optimise workflows, automations, and reporting structures * Provide operational support to CRM users and revenue teams * Help improve adoption of new CRM processes, pipelines, and tools Pipeline Management & Forecasting * Maintain pipeline quality across sales stages and reporting periods * Support weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecasting processes * Analyse historical performance and predictive signals to improve forecast quality * Identify gaps, risks, and inconsistencies within revenue pipelines * Help establish scalable forecasting and pipeline-management processes Business Intelligence & Performance Reporting * Build and enhance dashboards covering pipeline health, conversion, seller productivity, and quota attainment * Develop clear performance reporting for sales leadership and cross-functional stakeholders * Monitor key revenue and operational metrics * Improve visibility into sales trends and business performance * Translate complex data into accessible business insights Data Analysis & Modelling * Analyse sales trends, funnels, conversion rates, and cohort performance * Identify growth opportunities, operational bottlenecks, and performance gaps * Support forecasting models using historical data and predictive indicators * Perform ad hoc analysis across incentives, lead generation, KPIs, and recruitment funnels * Use quantitative analysis to support high-impact business decisions Cross-Functional Analytics & Business Support * Partner with sales, marketing, customer success, recruitment, and business operations teams where relevant * Translate analytical findings into clear recommendations and business narratives * Present insights effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders * Support implementation of new sales technologies and operating processes * Work independently on ambiguous analytical problems without predefined solutions ## Related Videos -
