 * Experience developing RESTful APIs and microservices.
 * Experience with databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or similar.
 * Knowledge of frontend and application performance optimization.
 * Experience with testing tools such as Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, or similar.
 * Experience with CI/CD and modern software development practices.
 * Strong troubleshooting, communication, and technical leadership skills.

## Description

We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead / Full Stack Developer with strong hands-on expertise in React.js and Node.js. The ideal candidate will lead application design and development, provide technical guidance to the engineering team, and build scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications., * Lead the design and development of full-stack applications using React.js and Node.js.

 * Build scalable, secure, and high-performance frontend and backend solutions.
 * Design and develop REST APIs and microservices.
 * Define application architecture, coding standards, and development best practices.
 * Perform code reviews and mentor software engineers.
 * Work closely with Product, Business, QA, DevOps, and Architecture teams.
 * Troubleshoot complex production issues and perform root-cause analysis.
 * Improve application performance, security, scalability, and reliability.
 * Participate in sprint planning, technical discussions, estimations, and architecture reviews.
 * Support automated testing and CI/CD practices.
