OS Architecture & Build Tooling: Experience working with Portage/Gentoo-based build systems, board overlays, cross-compilation, and image deployment/flashing tools (e.g., custom board image builds, hot rod). 2. Kernel & Hardware-Adjacent Debugging Kernel Bug Triage & Patching: Demonstrated experience triaging and fixing Linux kernel bugs (specifically 5.10 / 5.15 LTS kernelsm etc.), interpreting syzbot/syzkaller crash reports, and submitting upstream or downstream patches. Hardware/Peripheral Protocol Analysis: Experience executing hardware-adjacent triage using USB protocol analyzers, logic analyzers, and bus debugging tools for peripheral/device interop issues (u others). 3.
