Onto Innovation strives to optimize customers' critical path of progress by making them smarter, faster and more efficient. Job Summary & Responsibilities The mission of the Sr . Systems Engineer is to support sustaining of released Metrology products, introduction of new designs and creation of upgrades impacting both Manufacturing and Service environments for such products. Scope of work includes but is not limited to: component selection, BOM/revision maintenance, design specification determination and qualification, process and procedure evolution and isolation of system performance gaps within operations and customer environments.
