 * 10+ years of experience in enterprise applications, systems architecture, or related technology roles
 * Strong Workday experience across HCM, Benefits, integrations, security, and enterprise data
 * Experience designing enterprise integrations using APIs, middleware, and related integration technologies
 * Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, data governance, security, and application lifecycle management
 * Experience translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions and technology roadmaps
 * Proven experience leading cross-functional teams, vendors, and enterprise technology initiatives
 * Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills with both technical and business audiences

## Description

* Lead the architecture and technical strategy for Workday and connected enterprise applications
 * Design and oversee integrations, interfaces, data flows, and enterprise system connectivity
 * Partner with HR, HRIS, Payroll, Finance, and IT leadership to translate business needs into technology solutions
 * Establish architectural standards for scalability, security, data integrity, and system performance
 * Lead Workday releases, technical changes, testing, deployments, and ongoing platform optimization
 * Assess current-state architecture and processes, define future-state solutions, and develop implementation plans
 * Lead technical initiatives, vendors, and cross-functional teams while driving continuous improvement
 * Provide architectural guidance and technical leadership across the broader enterprise applications environment
