Level III- More than seven (7) years of experience working on complex projects with 2 or more years in a leadership role as a Developer 2. 7 years of experience in utilizing a variety of technologies and frameworks to achieve project goals, adapting to new tools as necessary with hands-on experience in full stack development, using modern OO programming languages (.NET C# preferably) for Web Services, Database, or web application development. 3. Minimum of four years working in an Integrated Eligibility System Program in various workstreams including Fair Hearings in a Health and Human Service settings. Desirable Qualifications: 1. 7 years of experience in developing and maintaining applications using distributed version control (e.g. Azure DevOps, Git, SonarQube) including experience with Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery techniques 2. 5 years of experience developing with .NET Core, .NET 6, .NET 8. 3. 7 years of experience developing web applications utilizing MVC Patterns and Angular 4. 5 years of experience developing, building, and testing Java EE applications using modern IDE's. 5. 7 years of experience performing database operations, optimization, and maintenance using SQL Server and Oracle 6. 4 years of experience with Web APIs and JSON. ## Description * translation of the business requirement and use cases to develop enterprise applications and unit testing of same. * Work with the technical leads and architects to transform the high- and low-level system design into technical components. * Develop applications based on technical requirements, design & architecture principles & standards * Build reusable code and libraries for platform & shared services * Produce work products and applications that reflect and ensure system design and delivery are in line with business needs and project plan. * Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders * Other duties as assigned Consultants may be eligible to telecommute for more than 50% of their work hours, up to and including 100% remote work. Telecommuting arrangements require direct manager approval and are subject to change based on program needs. Consultants approved for 100% remote work must attend monthly in-person meetings at the Albany office and be available for major milestone meetings as needed.
