## About the Role

* 5-6 years building production web applications, with clear examples of features or services you personally owned
 * Strong TypeScript/Node.js backend skills; hands-on React and Next.js
 * Solid SQL and data modeling; experience with async processing, queues, or data pipelines
 * Practical AWS and Docker deployment and debugging experience
 * AI-native engineer - daily use of AI coding tools (Claude Code, Copilot, Cursor) with the judgment to ship AI-assisted code at production quality

Strong pluses

 * Healthcare software experience - EHR/EMR systems, clinical records, or FHIR/SMART/HL7 integrations
 * Experience handling PHI within HIPAA or SOC 2 environments
 * LLM APIs in production - structured outputs, retrieval, evaluation, cost/latency management

Details: Full-time, dedicated engagement through Metric Tree Labs

Remote (India) · 3-4 hours daily overlap with US Eastern Time
