The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day operation, maintenance, and administration of our Salesforce clouds and integrated applications that make up our digital ecosystem. This includes SFCC, SFMC, SFSC, and SOM. Integrated systems will include payment & tax solutions, carrier integrations, marketplaces, and other systems that are part of the direct-to-consumer purchase journey. This role is crucial for ensuring the security and reliability of our e-commerce operations, which directly impacts our customer satisfaction and business success. As a key member of the team, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, IT, and Brand Leads to ensure that the platform meets business needs and provides exceptional digital consumer experience.
