## Description

* Define the target architecture and prepare the development environment.
 * Establish the Sprint 0, ensuring all necessary elements for development are in place.
 * Guide teams in technological choices and ensure the delivery is prepared for large-scale implementation.
 * Act as a technical advisor to the Project Manager and Enterprise Architect.
 * Support the adoption of Kotlin Multiplatform (KMP) as the main technology for the new mobile application.
 * Document architecture and development processes to facilitate onboarding of new developers.
 * Participate in functional analysis workshops and contribute to the definition of APIs.
 * Conduct technical estimations and prepare release plans.
