## About the Role

* 5+ years' experience in Solution Architecture, Enterprise Architecture, or similar roles
 * Proven track record delivering solutions in complex, multi-stakeholder environments
 * Strong understanding of integration patterns, data architecture, and non-functional requirements (security, resilience, auditability)
 * Ability to balance business priorities with regulatory and technical constraints

Domain Experience (Highly Desirable)

 * Experience within banking environments, ideally in private banking or wealth management
 * Understanding of regulatory expectations, data protection, and control frameworks within financial services

Skills

 * Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
 * Ability to influence design decisions and act as a trusted advisor
 * Structured, pragmatic, and solution-oriented mindset

## Description

We're looking for an experienced Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of end-to-end IT solutions within a regulated environment. This role plays a key part in bridging business, risk, compliance, and technology teams to deliver secure, scalable, and compliant architectures aligned with enterprise standards.
Key Responsibilities

 * Translate business, regulatory, and control requirements into clear, end-to-end solution designs
 * Define architecture blueprints across applications, integrations, and data flows
 * Collaborate with stakeholders across business, risk, compliance, security, and IT delivery
 * Lead architecture workshops and contribute to governance forums (e.g. Architecture Review Board)
 * Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture principles, security standards, and regulatory obligations
 * Provide oversight on integrations, data flows, identity/access, and control frameworks
 * Identify and mitigate design, operational, and compliance risks early in the lifecycle
 * Contribute to ongoing improvement of architecture standards, patterns, and long-term roadmaps
