## About the Role

Compensaciones / Beneficios * Operate core banking applications and provide 2nd level support * Process incidents from monitoring systems and service desk within SLAs * Coordinate between incident managers, application owners, 3rd-level support, IT/Agile Teams, and stakeholders * Take part in weekly on-call duties (24/7) * Administer change requests for application processes * Participate in periodic weekend releases * Engage in operational projects for existing or newly integrated applications * Perform routine data cleansing of systems * Drive process optimization and automate repetitive tasks including handover to L1 (Control Center) * Maintain up-to-date application operation documentation (knowledge base) Responsabilidades * Completed IT training or degree * At least 2 years of professional experience in application support * Good Unix know-how (shell scripting is advantageous) * Knowledge of Windows Server OS * Knowledge of Java application server / database / AWA
