Must have 4+ years of Golang Must have 4+ years of Typescript Must have 2+ years of Kubernetes, * Proven experience as a Full Stack Engineer or similar role. * Back-end development experience with Go (Golang). * Proficiency building server-rendered front ends with htmx and/or templ (or similar hypermedia-driven approaches), plus TypeScript for client-side behavior. * Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases. * Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs and managing system integrations. * Working knowledge of application security fundamentals (e.g., OWASP Top 10) and secure coding practices. * Solid understanding of software development principles, design patterns, and best practices. * Hands-on experience using AI coding assistants or agentic coding tools in professional software development, with sound judgment about where they help, where they do not, and how to verify their output. * Experience with version control systems, specifically Git. * Strong problem-solving skills and clear communication with both technical and non-technical teams. * Understanding of data security best practices and compliance requirements, especially HIPAA within a healthcare context. * Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a dynamic, remote environment., * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, OR equivalent practical experience. * 3+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development. * Experience working in an Agile development environment. Preferred Skill/Abilities: * Experience with SQL Server. * Experience working within the Healthcare industry. * Direct experience with healthcare data standards, particularly FHIR, and building healthcare integrations. Experience with HL7 is also a plus. * Experience with cloud platforms, such as AWS (S3, RDS, Lambda, etc.). * Experience with GitLab is a plus. * Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines. * Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation). ## Description We are seeking a Full Stack Engineer to help build a greenfield platform from the ground up: modern FHIR APIs and patient-facing web experiences. This is an opportunity to shape architecture and tooling on a new codebase rather than maintain a legacy one.
