The role focuses on server migrations, database transformation projects, roadmap governance, cybersecurity compliance coordination, and stakeholder management across multiple technical teams., Project Planning & Governance * Define project scope, objectives, timelines, budgets, and resource requirements. * Develop project plans, milestones, dependency maps, and capacity planning. * Manage risks, issues, change requests, and governance processes. * Coordinate internal teams, external suppliers, and key stakeholders. * Provide regular reporting to management and steering committees. SAP Infrastructure Migration * Lead server migration projects across development, testing, and production environments. * Coordinate infrastructure, network, storage, backup, monitoring, and security activities. * Manage migration planning, testing, cutover activities, and rollback strategies. * Ensure successful transition to operational support teams. Database Transformation Projects * Coordinate database migration and optimization initiatives within SAP environments. * Manage technical dependencies involving SAP Basis, infrastructure, database, and vendor teams. * Oversee testing, validation, performance monitoring, and risk mitigation activities. * Support decision-making related to costs, licensing optimization, and technical trade-offs. Technical Roadmap Management * Facilitate workshops with architects, infrastructure, security, and application teams. * Develop and maintain a prioritized technical roadmap. * Identify technology obsolescence risks and modernization opportunities. * Monitor roadmap execution and support governance decisions.
