## About the Role

* Strong experience as an SAP Project Manager managing end-to-end SAP implementations, upgrades, and migration projects.
 * Hands-on project management experience with SAP Hybris and/or SAP Commerce Cloud.
 * Experience managing SAP Hybris to SAP Commerce Cloud migration/upgrade projects.
 * Strong understanding of SAP Commerce Cloud architecture, modules, integrations, and APIs.
 * Experience managing e-commerce transformation and digital commerce initiatives.
 * Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies.
 * Experience managing project scope, schedule, budget, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
 * Strong stakeholder management skills across business, technical, and vendor teams.
 * Experience coordinating development, QA, integration, infrastructure, and production deployment teams.
 * Understanding of integrations between SAP Commerce Cloud and other SAP/non-SAP systems such as SAP S/4HANA, SAP ERP, CRM, payment gateways, and third-party platforms.
 * Experience with cloud migration, modernization, application upgrades, and legacy platform transformation.
 * Strong knowledge of release management, testing, defect management, cutover, and post-production support.
 * Excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving, and vendor-management skills.
 * Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or similar platforms.

Preferred:

 * SAP Commerce Cloud certification.
 * Experience with SAP BTP, CI/CD, DevOps, and cloud technologies.
 * Experience managing large-scale global e-commerce programs.
 * Experience working with distributed/global teams and offshore delivery models.
