Exercises tact, sound judgment and self-discipline. * Excellent organizational and administrative skills. * Experience in developing training materials and presenting training to small groups. * Ability to travel for extended periods of time and on short notice. * Ability to pick up 45 pounds. * Ability to travel via aircraft. * On occasion, must be able to travel and work on weekends. Preferred Qualifications: * Work experience includes complex scheduling responsibilities. Must have experience applying project management methods and techniques to developing schedules. * Has knowledge of commonly-used training concepts, practices, and procedures. * Proficient using MS Project application. ## Description Love technology, training, and helping teams embrace change? You'll work closely with IT development, training, and support teams to deliver impactful solutions that help drive business success across the organization. This is not a desk-only role. You'll have the opportunity to travel extensively throughout the United States, partnering with teams on-site during critical implementation events, training initiatives, new facility openings, and system rollouts. For professionals who enjoy building relationships, experiencing different locations, and seeing projects through from planning to execution, this role offers a unique blend of technology, training, and travel., * Manage the implementation process for multiple assigned projects.
