## Description

* Monitor and manage backup systems including NetBackup, Cohesity, Commvault, and Rubik systems.
 * Work with customers to add new servers and VMs into backups and to troubleshoot issues.
 * Configure a new backup solution when purchased
 * Troubleshoot and coordinate break fix for backup appliances (NetBackup, Cohesity, Rubik) and disk arrays Oracle ZFS, NetApp, Vast and IBM storage arrays.
 * Monitor and fix issues with the SAN using command line troubleshooting and zoning.
 * Work with the ISSO to make sure that vulnerabilities are patched.
 * Work with the ISSO for SSP re-authorization.
