## About the Role

* Information Technology Project Management with PMP certification.
 * Experience with Agile Scrum Methodology and/or SAFe.
 * Experience preparing and managing project budgets.
 * Experience managing technical software development staff.
 * Experience managing customer-oriented Integrated Product Teams (IPTs).
 * Knowledge of business analysis, business process mapping, and requirements documentation for Health Care Insurance Systems similar to CMBHS.
 * Experience utilizing Azure DevOps.
 * Experience managing User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
 * Experience working with PPM systems.
 * Direct experience working with Texas Health and Human Services (Texas HHS).

Preferred Qualifications

 * Experience preparing formal Business Cases and Project Charters.
 * Certification in Project Management from a recognized project management organization.
 * Scrum Master certification.

## Description

* Plan, budget, oversee, and document all aspects of assigned projects.
 * Manage project activities, timelines, resources, and deliverables.
 * Lead and coordinate technical software development staff.
 * Manage customer-oriented Integrated Product Teams.
 * Apply Agile Scrum and/or SAFe methodologies throughout project delivery.
 * Prepare and manage project budgets.
 * Utilize Azure DevOps to support project planning, tracking, and delivery.
 * Manage User Acceptance Testing activities and coordinate stakeholders throughout the testing process.
 * Apply business analysis, business process mapping, and requirements documentation practices to healthcare insurance systems.
 * Work with PPM systems to support project management and reporting.
 * Develop formal Business Cases and Project Charters as required.
 * Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
 * Independently manage complex project activities while exercising creativity, sound judgment, and initiative.
