## About the Role

* Proven IT Infrastructure Project Management experience
 * Strong customer-facing and stakeholder management skills
 * Experience presenting and reporting to executive management
 * Ability to lead projects in complex enterprise environments

Technical Background
Broad infrastructure knowledge and experience, including:

 * Network
 * Security / Firewall
 * Cloud (Azure and/or AWS)
 * On-Premises Infrastructure
 * Operating Systems
 * Middleware
 * Data Center Infrastructure

Application development experience is not required.
Preferred Background

 * Experience working with Japanese companies or Japanese-style project governance
 * Ability to operate effectively in a consensus-driven stakeholder environment
 * Experience leading infrastructure transformation or large-scale enterprise infrastructure projects

Language Requirements

 * Business-level English required
 * Japanese language skills are a plus, but not mandatory
 * Experience working within Japanese business environments is more important than Japanese language proficiency itself
